Frontend Developer & Web Designer
Hi, I'm Tiffany, a tech enthusiast who found a love for coding in 2022. Holding a Fullstack Development Certificate from Columbia University Bootcamp in NYC, I specialize in frontend development and web design. Currently, I'm excited to explore UI/UX design and am dedicated to continuous learning and exploration within this dynamic field.
My journey of growth is fueled by passion and self-motivation. I find joy in expanding my skills, often turning to Scrimba as my preferred learning platform. As a Web Developer for Planned Acts of Kindness, I leverage WordPress to enhance site performance and user experience. My goal is to create a seamless online presence aligned with the organization's mission.
Beyond technology, I cherish life's simple pleasures like savoring a morning cup of coffee. Alongside April, my playful puppy, and my parrot, Priscilla, I find companionship and warmth. Additionally, dancing serves as a therapeutic outlet, allowing me to express myself creatively. In my spare time, I also enjoy kickboxing, which helps me stay physically and mentally fit.

As part of my debut internship, I took on the challenge of building a website using WordPress and Avada. I chose a meaningful topic—why bees matter— to showcase not only my technical skills but also my passion for important causes. Crafting an engaging platform, I aimed to spotlight the crucial role of bees in our ecosystem. This project allowed me to demonstrate my capabilities to the team while making a positive impact. I take pride in contributing to something meaningful in my very first internship.
The Metric/Imperial Unit Conversion Tool is a web application designed to provide seamless conversion between different units of measurement, catering to both Metric and Imperial systems. The project aims to assist users in effortlessly converting values across various categories, including Length (Meter/Feet), Volume (Liters/Gallon), and Mass (Kilograms/Pounds).
I am proud to share that this project was crafted as part of my learning experience on Scrimba, an interactive platform that offers hands-on coding courses. The platform's immersive and engaging courses allowed me to grasp essential concepts in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, empowering me to bring this conversion tool to life.
The Password Generator project aimed to enhance digital security by creating a user-friendly tool that generates strong and secure passwords for online accounts. The project used HTML and CSS to make it visually appealing and well-structured. I also incorporated JavaScript to create dynamic features, ensuring the generation of unique combinations of letters, numbers, and symbols. This project showcases my expertise in frontend development, emphasizing the creation of a secure and user-centric application.
